Primary Objectives
Key Activities
- Key stakeholder interviews designed to understand business’ objectives, products and services offerings and overall digital transformation by IoT goals.
- Planning & execution workshops to align key business managers and staff towards operational objectives, define scope of project works, design and track milestones and organise project resourcing requirements including project team and RACI* matrices.
- Management approach definition to understand whether client organisation and project requirements indicate a clear preference between a waterfall or agile approach.
- Project timeline definition to outline and prioritise key kick-off requirements, project phases, project activities, human resources, plant resources and tools that will support the project team over the course of the project lifecycle.
