In collaboration with an Australian healthcare technology provider, Connectified played a critical role in integrating advanced personal safety devices into the DirectWireless Private Network, enabling seamless and secure alarm signal transmission to the Central Monitoring Station (CMS) via the DirectWireless Alarm Receiver. The integration included fixed base units and mobile personal help devices, providing users with reliable emergency response capabilities whether at home or on the move. By leveraging the DirectWireless infrastructure, these devices ensured real-time monitoring, rapid alarm transmission, and uninterrupted communication, enhancing user safety and service reliability. To achieve this, Connectified facilitated end-to-end device integration, ensuring that alarm signals were transmitted efficiently over a dedicated, private network. Our approach included rigorous testing, network optimisation and compliance with security standards, ensuring the highest levels of data protection and system resilience.
