    3. IoT health checks and maintenance to ensure widgets on subscriptions are billed correctly, cloud–based services are active and updates scheduled.

Key Activities

  1. Basic Services:
    • IoT self-service portal setup & customisation via cloud-based and widget management portals
    • Pro-active solution management with active online monitoring of initiatives, deployments,
    solutions and widgets including fleet status measurement
    • Connectivity usage & settings alerts to identify pre-determined milestones on a group data
    plan or individual SIM plans including security settings.
  1. Intermediate Services:
    • API integration and management for cloud-based services and applications services
    • Managed subscription maintenance including data and services subscriptions plan
    optimisation.
  1. Advanced Services:
    • IoT Dashboard creation, monitoring and reporting for key performance and maintenance
    metrics such as firmware and client update releases.

Sample Deliverables

    1. Portal activation, login setup and training to enable access to the various portal features and provides real-life examples of how to manage connectivity.
    2. Billing and connectivity reports that summarise the monthly usage and costs associated with connectivity usage including excess data charges.
    3. Automated rule creation to pro-actively manage the status of IoT SIMS based on usage, send messages to devices, re-assign rate plans and others.
